It is important for us that our products reach you quickly and safely. The goods you have ordered will be delivered to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Poland via our logistics partner PPL.
We use PPL and DHL services to other countries.
The method of delivery choosen by us depends on the country of delivery specified in the order.
Product availability is visible on the product page. In the case of your order via e-shop we will send you an order confirmation and then information about the shipment of goods (tracking number of the selected carrier). With the sent goods you will receive an invoice by e-mail, which will also be used as a guarantee document.
The product will be shipped in a secure condition. By the electrical device the source will be separated from the appliance, commissioning is described in the operating instructions.
The buyer is obliged to properly take over the goods from the carrier and check the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages and in the case of any defects to note these facts on the consignment note or tot he terminal. It is advisable to make photo documentation. Then forward the information tot he seller in writing at shop@atonlight.com or phone number +420 777 018 111.
