Aton Ltd., the operator of the Atonlight.com e-shop, with its registered office at Slunecna 398, 252 26 Trebotov, Company ID: 60489251, registered in the Business Register, as a personal data administrator, informs you as users and customers of the online e-shop www.atonlight.com about the privacy policy.
The operator works in the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council about the protection of individuals with relation to the processing of personal data and on the privaci policy and legal placement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), Law no. 101/2000 Coll., about the protection of personal data and the law, which will replace this law in accordance with the implementation of the above mentioned Regulation, Law No. 480/2004 b., about specific services of the information society, Law No. 127/2005 Coll., about electronic communications and other data protection laws.

After purchasing the goods or services, you may be asked to rate them.
Satisfaction with your purchase can be ascertained through the Customer Verification email questionnaires. These can be sent to you when you buy the goods from us, pursuant to Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. about some information society services, and you won’t refuse to recieve them.
We process personal information for the purpose of sending questionnaires in this program based on our legitimate interest in determining your satisfaction with your purchase with us. For sending and evaluating questionnaires and analysis of our market position we can use the processor, which is the portal operator Heureka.cz; for this purpose, we may pass on the information about the purchased goods and your e-mail address. Your personal information is not passed on to any third party when sending e-mail questionnaires for its own purposes. You can dispute the Customer Verified Email questionnaires at any time by rejecting additional questionnaires using the link in the questionnaire email.
The e-shop provider can send you promotional messages and current offers via Facebook, Instagram and other portals.

Processing time of personal data

After the expiration of the retention period, personal data will be deleted by us.
